Many young carers have shared feelings of anxiety about the wellbeing of family members, low mood linked to changes in routine, and periods of isolation or loneliness. Others have felt stressed about school pressures or transitions. These experiences have contributed to new and evolving support needs for many young carers.
To help young carers better understand their emotions and learn simple ways to support their own wellbeing, we’ve created our Wellbeing Tales — a gentle, child‑friendly resource designed to help them make sense of how they feel.
