Natural Retreats once again very kindly hosted ‘Team YAC’, this time in their stunning Yorkshire Dales eco lodges! The weather of Storm Callum might have soaked the group but it did not dampen their enthusiasm! The group took part in some team building challenges, improving their confidence, communication skills and perseverance, then returned to warm lodges with hot chocolate for a few hours of downtime.

The group then ate out at a local Italian restaurant, chatting about the day and enjoying the ambience of the restaurant, followed by a games night (and more hot chocolate!). After making their breakfast and a packed lunch, the group then went to the very quirky Forbidden Corner, exploring the mazes, scary mausoleums, water features that randomly soak passers by and then a chance to have lunch together and reflect on a great weekend. Another successful trip for Team YAC! Thank you to Natural Retreats and Cheshire Scouts for making this weekend possible.
