Once again, the dedicated team at Cheshire Young Carers has successfully delivered an engaging and well-received summer programme during the school holidays. This achievement is only made possible by the continued support from our hugely appreciated funders, helping us to meet the needs of young carers and families eager to connect with friendship groups and provide enriching activities for their children.
