Reflecting on 2025, we are proud to celebrate a year filled with connection, opportunity, and lasting impact for young carers!
With 296 activities, six residentials, and 300 school assessments completed, we’ve continued to widen our reach and deepen our support. The launch of our School Awards Programme — with 69 schools achieving Bronze, Silver, or Gold — and our new Young Leaders Programme marked exciting steps forward. Our Wellbeing Programme also grew significantly, reaching 31 schools, engaging 752 pupils, and offering 1:1 support to 171 young carers.
None of this would be possible without our funders, donors, supporters, dedicated staff, and incredible volunteers. Your belief in our work helps young carers build resilience, confidence, and community.
Together, we’ve made 2025 a remarkable year!
