With a professional background in marketing, public affairs and business development in the public and private sectors, Tracey is a former Trustee and Chair of the East Cheshire Hospice Board.

From there, Tracey went on to become the founding Managing Director of the Hospice Quality Partnership, a social enterprise owned by 70 hospices across the UK, working together to reduce cost through shared procurement and to increase revenue to extend the reach of their vital services to patients and their families.

Tracey now works as a consultant supporting voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations to increase their sustainability and social value delivery. Tracey is a firm believer in business as an agent of social change and believes in building partnerships between the private, public, and social sectors to deliver support to those who most need it.

Tracey is a Board member of Marketing Cheshire, part of the Cheshire and Warrington LEP; an Independent Non-Executive Director of the North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium; and a member of the Public Responsibility and Oversight Board for Salad Money.
