Martin Howlett

Martin has a diverse career spanning education, leadership development, charity leadership, and most recently, cyber security resilience in both the UK and internationally.

He has served as an Executive Headteacher, initial advisor to the government on the 2014 Children and Families Act, Operations Director for a large youth charity, CEO of Cheshire Connect, and Trustee for numerous children’s charities. Additionally, Martin was a special advisor on SEND education to the Welsh Government.

With a strong background in international leadership development, Martin continues to support other charities with strategic development. He is a committed advocate for creating safer digital environments, particularly for children and young people. Martin’s extensive senior-level experience in developing cyber resilience, both domestically and abroad, has established him as an expert in helping organisations and their personnel engage with the digital world securely.
