Graham Phillips

Graham Phillips has spent his working life in the small/medium business sector. He created a software company that specialised in patient record management in the mental health sector.

It became the prominent product in the sector before selling it to one of the worlds largest IT businesses so that further investment in the product could be made. Graham has been County Commissioner for Cheshire Scouts overseeing year on year growth in membership for nearly 15 years and record numbers of young people achieving awards, including record numbers of DofE Awards.

He joined the Board of Cheshire Young Carers as a Trustee and agreed to become MD in late 2016. During this period the organisation has been transformed into the leading provider of respite support for young carers in Cheshire.
